One - on - One Coaching
WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT! This time in our lives really it becomes very clear how we are different from other women. So many items will impact this difference, our genes, our lifestyle, our stress and where we are in life.
And this is AMAZING, we are all unique, individual and special.
I will do an intake sheet, get to know you! Then we settle into what is most important during this time and the most overwhelming to manage. It could be a weight increase, lack of energy, sleep issues, libido challenges, muscle loss, that overwhelming blah feeling and so much more. At this point, I put together sessions to learn, plan and look for optimization in your body, mind and soul. I want to get the facts laid out for you, so you can feel confident and empowered to change and be the best you.
As you navigate through this mid-life time, I can help you find the solutions for you. We will look at the four pillars in life that are impacting on your optimal wellbeing at this time.
Body
What holds up every day? Your muscles, bones and integrity of your body strength.
mind
Consider your stress level, work on anxiety, mood and brain transformation.
food
Changes, more protein, timing of eating, break down supplements and what is needed.
spirit
We come into our own. A shift occurs, a good one! Time to see what is next!!

Group Coaching
Imagine a small group of women, learning, sharing, connecting during this midlife time. In my opinion this is my favorite group to work with. It is a space that women share, get ideas and support one another. This could be new friends or lifetime friends, a group of women getting together to discover a new path.
What is offered? A series of courses that will educate and address the frustrating and overwhelming changes we face during midlife. I love that a small group of women learn together, but what is most important is the accountability and helping one another put the knowledge into practice.
I will send out a worksheet prior to the group sessions, to gather information about each woman in the group. I then modify and customize the courses to fit the group of women. We are all different and unique in this transition, as in life! This allows me to optimize my information and meet the needs of the group as best as possible.
This is a confusing, unsettling tie in our bodies as we transition into this new season in life. Our hormones truly guide this transition which impacts our body, mind and soul. As women, we love our routines, predictability in our lives. This is the time when every woman experiences some type of shift.
